Both in Turkey and Greece, winters may be cold and summers hot. On the other hand, you will most probably be visiting archaeological sites with more or less walking difficulties. Hence an adapted outfit is recommended :

  • In winter : strong walking shoes, warm coat, umbrella, protection against cold wind (hat, gloves)
  • In summer : strong walking shoes, cotton clothing, sun hat, sun glasses, sun cream
  • When visiting churches and mosques, appropriate dressing

Do not forget !

  • Your daily medication if and when needed while on tour.
  • Your tour voucher, the only proof that you have subscribed and paid for this tour.
  • Cash money to pay the not included entrance fees, drinks and lunch, shopping, tips…
  • Your cameras… Remember that at some sites and museums taking pictures may be forbidden or allowed midst payment of a fee. Inquire about using a flash;
  • Your swimming wear if you jo-in a tour with swimming opportunity.
  • Possibly spare shoes, T-shirts, jumpers, socks

Visiting archaeological site may require good physical conditions and access to people with reduced mobility is not always possible. During visits and stops, the buses will be locked and under the supervision of the driver. Hence, if you wish, you can leave some personal belongings in the bus yet at your own responsibility. If not done at subscription, inform your tour guide as soon as you get on the coach about your specific food requirements so that the restaurant booked for lunch can be informed accordingly in due time.

Day 1 : Athens (-)

On arrival you will be met by our assistant and transferred to your hotel by our taxi driver. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Athens
If you wish, you can subscribe to a dinner with folklore show (not included in the package price).
 

Day 2 : Athens (B)

Morning sightseeing tour of Athens' most famous sights including a visit to the spectacular Acropolis and the new Acropolis museum. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Athens.
 

Day 3 : Olympia (B,D)

Early in the morning, departure for a 4 day classical tour. Today visit ancient Mycenae and Epidaurus theatre, famous for its acoustics. Overnight in Olympia.
 

Day 4 : Delphi (B,D)

Visit the archaeological site of Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games. Overnight in Delphi.
 

Day 5 : Kalambaka (B,D)

Visit the archaeological site and the museum of Delphi, known in ancient times as the navel of the world. Overnight in Kalambaka. 
 

Day 6 : Athens (B)

Leave in the morning for nearby Meteora to visit the Byzantine Monasteries. Return to Athens in the afternoon and overnight.
 

Day 7 : Cruise (B,L,D)

Morning transfer from your hotel to the pier for a 3-days cruise. In just three days you will cruise through breathtaking waters to some of the most enchanting destinations in the world. First island to visit is Mykonos, the most cosmopolitan of all the Greek islands.
 

Day 8 : Cruise (B,L,D)

Second stop on the magnificent Kusadasi whe-re a tour to Ephesus should not be missed! Call in at Patmos, whe-re St. John wrote the Apocalyspe. 
 

Day 9 : Cruise (B,L,D)

Visit Heraklion and enjoy the unique traditional lifestyle of Crete and last Santorini the most breathtaking of all the Greek islands! 
 

Day 10 : Athens (B)

Disembark after breakfast and transfer to your hotel. Free day in Athens for shopping, strolling through the city discovering its hidden charms or choosing from our optional sightseeing tours. Overnight in Athens 
 

Day 11

You will be met by our assistant at your hotel and transferred to the airport by our taxi driver for your departure flight.
For international flight, departure from your hotel is approx. 3 hours before take-off time.
